TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: 2026-09-26
These Terms form an agreement between you and VariFlight ("we", "us") governing your use of the VariFlight AI Open Platform (ai.variflight.com, the "Platform"), including its MCP services, APIs and related plugins. By registering an account, creating an API key, or connecting the Platform through an AI client such as Claude, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Platform provides aviation and travel data over the MCP protocol and APIs, including flight status, flight search, connecting-flight options, airfare, flight comfort, airport weather and live aircraft positions. The available tools, parameters and prices are those published in the Platform documentation and console.
We may update, change or retire parts of the service. Changes to pricing or major features will be announced on the Platform in advance.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password, API keys and OAuth authorizations secure. Calls made through your account, API keys or authorization tokens are treated as your actions, and you are responsible for the resulting charges.
If a credential is exposed or misused, disable the affected API key in the console, disconnect the AI client, and notify us promptly.
The Platform is billed through prepaid credits. Each call deducts credits at the price published in the console; billing for queries that return no data follows the published rules. Promotional credits are for use on your own account only and cannot be transferred or cashed out.
Top-ups are processed by licensed payment institutions such as Alipay and Stripe. Refunds of purchased credits follow the refund rules published on the Platform and applicable law.
You must not: (1) claim promotional credits repeatedly through bulk registrations, disposable email addresses or similar means; (2) resell, redistribute or publicly publish data obtained from the Platform, or use it to build a competing data product, without our prior written permission; (3) circumvent or interfere with billing, rate-limiting, authentication or other technical measures; (4) scrape data at volumes beyond normal use or otherwise impair the stability of the service; (5) use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
If you breach these rules, we may suspend or terminate the service, disable your account and void the related credits, and we reserve all legal remedies.
Flight status, prices, weather and aircraft position data come from airlines, airports and other third parties and may be delayed, change or contain errors. They are provided for reference only. For travel decisions, rely on official information from the airline, airport or ticketing channel.
Data from the service must not be the sole basis for flight operations, air traffic control, aviation safety or similar decisions.
The Platform and its data, documentation, software, trademarks and logos are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to call the service and display query results in your own products or business.
Plugins and sample code we publish as open source are provided under their respective open-source licences.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuous and stable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where maintenance, network failures, third-party data source issues or force majeure cause interruptions or data anomalies, we will restore the service as soon as reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for the service is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate service to an account under Section 4.
After account deletion or termination, the account's API keys and authorization tokens stop working, and personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new effective date. For material changes we will notify you prominently on the site or by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court at VariFlight's place of domicile.
